I received call from these people and the lady was beyond the rudest and most unprofessional person I've ever spoken to! She said there is an outstanding balance of $1250 and how would you like to pay that today. When I attempted to ask what that's for she got upset and said a hospital bill for my son. I told her my son has Medicaid that's not possible but before I could finish that statement she screamed "well since you know everything go check your credit report and figure it out" than hung up. I was completely appalled at her behavior and if for some odd reason Medicaid did not pay that bill (which I doubt because I never received a bill for it) I wouldn't pay these disrespectful people a penny. I'll get a lawyer and pay him instead!! Beware!
